Error 105 is caused by using an invalid EQ6 license ID to upgrade to EQ7. Please double check the license ID and attempt the upgrade once again before contacting technical support.
Error 105 can also be caused by attempting to use an EQ6 license ID that has already been upgraded. An EQ6 license ID can only be upgraded to EQ7 one time.
Most 105 errors require assistance from technical support to resolve them.
