Use these directions if you own the CD version of Judy Martin Star Power. The download version will link automatically to EQ7 during installation.

Linking to the Judy Martin Star Power blocks from the CD

The Star Power blocks will work on the Mac just as they do on the PC. They will not install onto the Mac. But you can manually copy the blocks and project files from the CD and paste them into the appropriate folders on your Mac:

  1. Put the CD into your drive > browse to the drive.
  2. Open the the LIB folder.
  3. Click the .BLK file > use Command + C to copy the .BLK file.
  4. Browse to Documents > My EQ7 > Add-on Libraries.
  5. Create a new folder called Star Power > use Command + V to paste the copied .BLK file into the Star Power folder. You will now find the blocks in the Block Library in EQ7.

Using Judy Martin Star Power projects from the CD in EQ7 for Mac

  1. Put the CD into your drive > browse to the drive.
  2. Open the PJ7 folder. You will see the Judy Martin projects listed.
  3. Copy all the project files.
  4. Browse to Documents > My EQ7 > PJ7.
  5. Paste the project files into the PJ7 folder.

To use any project, open EQ7 and you’ll see the JM projects in your EQ7 existing projects list if you’ve followed the steps above.
