EQ Mini: Move, Rotate and Delete Templates in Print Preview

Being able to preview your printout before printing can save a lot of paper. EQ lets you move, rotate and delete templates within the print preview so you can conserve paper. To view the print preview, click Print from the FILE menu, and choose Templates. In the Print Template box, click Preview.

Keep in mind, if you close the print preview, any adjustments made to the preview will be lost the next time you preview the template printout.

Moving Templates

If you like, you can rearrange templates before you print. This option lets you move templates from page to page and pack them in any way you desire. It is always a good idea to preview your printout before printing. You must be looking at the Print Preview to move templates. Remember, if you close the print preview, you’ll need to start over arranging the templates the next time you preview.

Be sure to delete unwanted templates first before you start moving. This is because EQ will automatically rearrange the existing templates after any template is deleted.
