Can’t Print From EQ7

I have Windows 7 – 64 bit, and can’t print from EQ7

1. Click START > Control Panel > Devices and Printers (if you do not see this, change the “View by:” (up at the top)to “Large Icons”)
2. Right-click on your printer.
3. Choose Properties > Advanced tab > Click ‘Print directly to the printer’
4. Click Apply
5. Click OK
6. Restart the computer, then try printing again.

I have Windows 8 or 10 – 64 bit, and can’t print from EQ7

1. On your keyboard, hold down the Windows key as you type the I (as in “icycle”) key.
2. Click Control Panel > click to see your Printer.
3. Right-click your Printer > choose Printer Properties > click the Advanced tab > click ‘Print directly to the printer’
4. Click Apply
5. Click OK
6. Restart the computer, then try printing again.
