Printing or Not Printing Text on the Bottom of Printouts

Printing, or not printing, a footer

If you want the line of text (called the footer) at the bottom of EQ printouts, and do not see one, try this

1. Click FILE > Page Setup.
2. Increase the bottom margin size.
3. Click OK.
4. Try print previewing now. You should see a footer at the bottom.

Can I choose to not print the footer at the bottom of EQ printouts?

There’s no way to get rid of the footer other than trying one of these 2 things:

• Go to Page Setup and decrease the size of the bottom margin. That sometimes forces the footer not to print.
• OR delete the font that is set for the footer in the Printer Fonts section.
