Uninstalling on a Windows Computer

Follow these instructions and complete all steps to fully remove a collection.

Step 1 – Unlink from EQ7

  1. Open EQ7.
  2. Click Libraries > Block Library.
  3. Click the Link Library button.
  4. Click to select the library you wish to remove.
  5. Click the Remove button.
  6. Click Yes to the prompt.
  7. Click Close, then Close again to put the library away.

Step 2 – Delete the *.BLK files

  1. Open Documents > My EQ7 > Add-On Libraries.
  2. Open the appropriate folder to view the contents. If there is only one *.BLK file in the folder, simply delete the whole folder. If there are multiple *.BLK files in the folder, select one, then press your keyboard Delete key.

Step 3 – Delete the *.PDF files (if applicable)

  1. Open Documents > My EQ7 > Documentation.
  2. Open the appropriate folder to view the contents.
  3. Select the folder you wish to remove.
  4. Press your keyboard Delete key to delete the folder.

Step 4 – Delete the *.PJ7 files (if applicable)

  1. Open Documents > My EQ7 > PJ7.
  2. Locate and delete the file(s) that starts with Boutique_Name.PJ7.

Uninstalling on a Mac Computer

Follow these instructions and complete all steps to fully remove a collection.

Step 1 – Delete the *.BLK files

  1. Using Finder, open Documents > My EQ7 > Add-On Libraries.
  2. Open the appropriate folder to view the contents. If there is only one *.BLK file in the folder, simply delete the whole folder. If there are multiple *.BLK files in the folder, select the one you want to delete.
  3. Drag the selected file (or folder) to the Trash. The Trash can is located at the end of the Dock.

Step 2 – Delete the *.PDF files (if applicable)

  1. Using Finder, open Documents > My EQ7 > Documentation.
  2. Open the appropriate folder to view the contents.
  3. Select the folder you wish to remove.
  4. Drag the selected folder to the Trash. The Trash can is located at the end of the Dock.

Step 3 – Delete the *.PJ7 files (if applicable)

  1. Using Finder, open Documents > My EQ7 > PJ7.
  2. Locate and delete the file(s) that starts with Boutique_Name.PJ7.
