If you are using the Microsoft Surface:

  1. Use the build 1703, not the new one that came out last October 2017. Maybe when the next update comes out they will fix the issue with the pen but with the new version 1708 (I think) the pen no longer acts like the mouse and it make it hard to draw.  1703 works fine.
  2. Set the display to the default 2736 x 1824 and set scaling to 225%
  3. I using Windows 10 PRO, I think that’s what is on all Surface 4 units.
  4. To make things easier, go to Ease of Access and change the pointer size to Large. It makes it much easier to see the sizing arrows and moving arrows,
