This error may occur when installing EQ7 or EQStitch.

A 1935 error is a problem preventing a user from installing any application that uses the Microsoft Windows Installer. This is a Microsoft issue, not an Electric Quilt issue.

What To Do

To resolve this error, simply reboot your computer and try the installation again.
