Use the Select Tool to arrange the stacking order of patches.
Click the patch you want to move, then click Send to Front or Send to Back in the palette.
To select multiple patches at once, hold the keyboard SHIFT key while you click on them.
To change the frame color associated with the Select Tool, right-click on the block and choose Frame Color from the menu.
