From the Home Screen

When EQ8 opens, the home screen is displayed. From here it is easy to start a new block. Select Design a Block from Scratch in the DRAW BLOCKS section. This will display the NEW BLOCK tab of the Block Worktable.

From any Worktable in EQ8

You can always start a new block by clicking the Block Worktable button, then selecting the NEW BLOCK tab.
