How to Cancel a Download

On a Windows computer

1. Click the download icon on the toolbar (circle) or, hold down Ctrl + J on your keyboard to view downloads window.
   
   
2. Click the X to stop the download.
   
   

On a Mac computer

1. Click the download icon on the toolbar (arrow pointing down) or, hold down the Command-Option-L keys on your keyboard to view downloads window.
   
2. Click the X to stop the download.
   
   
   Please note:

• You will also see a magnifying glass. Clicking on the magnifying glass opens Finder to the downloads folder. The magnifying glass will continue to be an option after the download has completed.
• The X will no longer be available when the download is complete.
