Error 100, 101, 5008, or 5010

These error codes indicate a typo in your license ID and/or password. Please try typing those numbers again.

Error 5010 means you are using a different product’s License ID and Password (i.e., using EQ8’s information when trying to activate BlockBase+). Please make sure you’re using the respective software’s correct License ID and Password.

These errors could also mean you’re not connected to the internet. Please go to ismyinternetworking.com or secure.softwarekey.com to check.
