Owners of BlockBase+ have reported an issue where they cannot move templates and foundations in the Print Preview window. They have also reported they cannot change the display in the viewer either (changing colorways or turning patch lines on/off). This issue is due to the 11th generation Intel processors in newer Windows computers. It’s a known issue that Intel has yet to address.

We are working on a fix for this that will be out in the next update for BlockBase+.

For a temporary solution:

  • Print preview – move the patch with your mouse (you won’t see it move), then zoom in/out and the patch will be in its new location.
  • Blocks viewer – change the Colorway or Patch Lines option, then switch to Search or Favorites, then back to the Library view. This should refresh the viewer.
