You’ll notice 4 display buttons in every section of the Sketchbook, as well as at the bottom of the Blocks palette and the Fabrics & Colors palette. These buttons allow you to change how many items you are viewing at a time. The buttons indicate how many columns will show at once in the Sketchbook or palette viewer. Note: These buttons may look different whether you’re viewing quilts, blocks, fabrics or colors.

For example, open the Sketchbook and click the Fabrics button on the left of the Sketchbook window. By default, the 4-column display is selected for Fabrics. This lets you see 16 fabrics at a time. If you click the Blocks button on the left, you’ll see the display is set to a 3-column grid, showing 9 blocks at a time. The Quilts section is set to view 1-column, which shows you one quilt at a time. To see more items beyond what is shown in the viewer, use the right button on the horizontal scrollbar.

You can also use the context menu to change the display settings. In the Sketchbook viewer or in the Blocks palette or Fabrics & Colors palette, right-click and choose Display. Choose whichever option works best for you.
