Error 105 is caused by using an invalid EQ6 license ID to upgrade to EQ7

Error 105 can also be caused by attempting to use an EQ6 license ID that has already been upgraded. An EQ6 license ID can only be upgraded to EQ7 one time.

Please double-check the license ID for EQ6 and attempt the upgrade installation once again before contacting technical support.
