If you receive error 1324, use Microsoft’s free troubleshooter to remove EQ7 from your computer.
When asked if you want help “Installing” or “Uninstalling”, choose “Uninstalling” then follow the on-screen instructions. When the process is complete, close the tool and try reinstalling your EQ7.
